This a mild to severe respiratory illness, which symptoms include fever, cough, and shortness of breath. In severe cases, complications can include pneumonia in both lungs.

How to Protect Yourself and Others
Avoid being exposed to the virus and follow simple preventative actions:
-Avoid close contact with people who are sick
-Avoid crowds
-Practice Social Distancing (stay 6 feet away from individuals outside of your immediate families)
-Avoid touching your eyes, nose, and mouth with unwashed hands
-Wash your hands often with soap and water for at least 20 seconds or use an alcohol-based hand sanitizer that contains at least 60% alcohol if you aren't able to wash your hands
Prevent the spread of the illness by following these steps:
-Stay home when you are sick
-Cover your cough or sneeze with a tissue, then throw the tissue away
-Clean and disinfect frequently touched objects and surfaces
